Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been used or opened.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

💸 Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • The product has been used
  • The request is made after 7 days
  • The item was damaged due to misuse

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, your order may already be processed for shipping.
